Colquitt County was established in 1856.  Within five short years the county was involved in the most costly war this country has ever been involved in. The commitment to God and Country didn't stop there.  In this area of the Museum we salute the Veterans of later wars.  In this room are artifacts from WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam and the Gulf War.  People from Colquitt County served their country in all these wars. Lists of names and pictures of many of the Veterans are available in this room.  The room has too many artifacts to list here, so we again encourage a visit.
