Tour Page 13

The 1900's room denotes a period of time within the County that was simpler, when there was no television or radio and when telephones were only located at the General Store. In this room there are several artifacts that lend themselves to this time period. A photograph of the earliest known telephone exchange (circa 1900), along with telephones of era are on display. A wedding dress that was worn by one of the better known citizens of the County, a model of a period home and many more items are on display. You will have to come and visit the Room to enjoy the full ambiance of the period that has been captured here.
You are listening to "Maple Leaf Rag" from Gary's Ragtime
