While in this room, you will notice several other pictures. Among these are pictures of the Norman brothers, who were among the first pioneers of the County and a picture of Miss Graves, who was one of the first school teachers in the County. A small basket holds wool and wool cards. These bring back the memory that Colquitt County once had a population of only 3,000 people, but had over 30,000 free range sheep. The coffee grinder dates back the mid 1800's, while other items denote home life during the period.
